At Martinas, we want you to be fully happy with your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds — only exchanges are accepted.
14-Day Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
• Items must be in perfect condition
• Unworn and unused
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Must include the receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important Notes
• Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
• Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll send you the replacement product.
• If the item you want in exchange is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
• No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
